SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping is available from £3.00 for standard shipping. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail as standard.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
JT Makeup can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer by a delayed/lost/misrouted order.
Courses are in person, so no delivery charge is added.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us at JTMakeupuk@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be more than happy to cancel your order for you.
Courses can not be cancelled/refunded within 24 hrs notice of the course running, all cancellations must be before this time period so your place can be reallocated to someone else.
Refunds & Exchanges
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Courses are non refundable once run.
To return your product, please email JTMakeupuk@gmail.com with your order number and reasons. (you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to appear back in your account.
